I know what it's like to learn techno production on your own. I wanted to make a career in music production and audio engineering, so I did what most people do, spent a TON of money and time at an audio engineering school. While I learned a lot, I felt something was missing:
1-on-1 mentorship centred on the student's needs.
That's when I realized I wanted to grow not just as a techno producer, but as a mentor, to help other artists, like you, on their musical journeys.
I spent a lot of time and money figuring out how to make techno music on my own, and wish I had someone to coach me 1 on 1, to help me make the music I wanted, the way I wanted, and when I wanted.
After visiting countless workshops and music fairs all over Europe, I knew there was a better way to learn techno production.
That's why I started Plugin Music School. From a one-off music workshop in Slovakia, in 2013, today we're a full-fledged online music school in Rotterdam with multiple instructors, mixing, and mastering engineers dedicated to a personalized learning approach for students.
For 15 years I've honed my production and performance, and I want to help you become the producer you're meant to be.

Who is 1 on 1 coaching for?
If you're a passionate producer with a bit of experience making music on a DAW, 1 on 1 coaching is for you. Producers without much time to produce music due to their career or family can accelerate their learning to make and finish professional sounding tracks.We absolutely teach beginners, but you'll get the most bang for your buck if you come with some knowledge.
I'm already looking at online courses with big name producers. Why should I book with Plugin Music?
While you can learn a lot from online courses, not every instructor is a good teacher. The saying, "those who can't do, teach" goes both ways.Online courses also aren't tailored for your needs as a producer, so it's hard to know how much you'll gain beforehand. Some courses might cover everything you already know, or cover what you don't care about.
1 on 1 mentoring is personalized to your specific needs. We'll get you to the next level the way you want.
Is there any obligation after the free intro session?
There is absolutely no obligation! After your free session, you're welcome to book sessions with Michal or another instructor as you wish, or walk away with a few more tips and tricks to take to your next production sesh.We live for feedback from students, so we appreciate if you leave us a review, even if you never book a lesson with us again!
Does it matter which DAW I use?
Nope! Most of our instructors use Ableton Live, but we're familiar with most DAWs. The beauty of music production is that the concepts apply no matter what tools you use.Can you mix and master my tracks?
Yes! We've mixed and mastered tracks for many of our students. Learn more about mixing and mastering here. Though we'd love to get you to where you can mix and master on your own.
